At The Plough Hotel, our menu is brought to life by fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, prepared with care by our Head Chef, John, who brings decades of experience from kitchens across Scotland and London.
All dishes are cooked fresh to order, and John can create bespoke menus for any special occasion you may be celebrating.
Our menus change with the seasons, and most evenings feature a special - so be sure to call ahead if you want a sneak peek of what’s on offer.

PRIVATE DINING
The Plough Hotel dining room provides an intimate setting for a dinner party.
We can provide you with your own bespoke menu to fit any occasion. With room for up to 25 people, our dining room could be the perfect location for your next special occasion.
Private Functions
We have been the proud host of many private occasions including birthday celebrations, funerals, engagement party’s and many more.
When you choose us as your venue you can be assured we will take care of everything. We can provide catering from a tailored fine dining menu to a buffet of your choosing.

Dinner 5.30pm - 8.00pm

Our Take-Away menu is served during lunch hours and from 5.00pm - 7.pm.
